Youth Worker, Liberate

Hannah joined us in October 2025 as a youth worker on our Liberate team. Previously, she worked as a senior youth worker with a youth project in the UK for four years, where she completed on-the-job training. Her role focused on coordinating and developing programmes for young people centred on wellbeing, positive youth development and social inclusion. In her own words:

“I've always enjoyed working creatively and working with young people, being part of their journey and focusing on encouraging them to achieve their future goals, supporting them to grow in confidence and creating opportunities for them to try new things and express themselves.”

Originally from Cornwall in the UK, Hannah holds a BA (Hons) in Choreography and Dance and has experience working in the arts and cultural sector, delivering dance and creative workshops in schools.

Outside of work, Hannah still loves dancing and anything creative, as well as exploring bookshops and galleries, going to see live music and discovering new places. She also loves getting outdoors, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
