On May 16th, 2024, we had the joy of launching our strategic framework, which outlines our organisational priorities for the next five years. We titled the framework "Never Give Up" to express our unwavering commitment to our goals, our communities, and, most importantly, our young people.

Mid-term Review & Update
May 2026 marked two years since the launch of our Strategic Framework, providing an opportunity to reflect on our progress and refine our goals where needed. As part of our commitment to Implementation and Accountability, we completed a mid-term review of the Strategic Framework to identify emerging lessons and insights, consider internal and external changes, and ensure accountability for the strategic and operational goals we set out to achieve.
