Michelle joined us in December 2024 as a Youth Justice Worker on our Rua D12 team. Drawing on over 10 years’ experience in the youth sector, Michelle brings a positive and relational approach to her work with young people. In her own words:

“I love working with young people and supporting them with reaching their potential. What I enjoy most is getting to know different young people and building genuine relationships; allowing us to work towards their goals and achievements together.” 

Michelle studied Youth and Community Development in Maynooth, achieving a Level 8 degree. Before joining Solas Project, she worked across the School Completion Programme, Extern, and in residential care. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for coffee, and getting to the gym.
