Will joined us in June 2025 in the role of Operations and People Manager. Previously, Will worked as a Quality Officer for a Social Care organisation and has spent 12 years in Social Care before making the change to Youth Work. In his own words:

“I love the variety of my role, being able to support in any of the programmes one minute and the next dealing with the day to day operations of Solas Project. I look after the physical buildings and all staff HR concerns so the variety is good.” 

Will holds a BA Honours in Psychology, a Level 7 in Photographic Studies, and is currently finishing a level 9 master's in Work and Organisational Psychology. Originally from Dublin, Will currently lives in a small village in Kildare. Outside of work he enjoys camping, being outdoors, and everything motorcycles. While he currently has his hands full studying and with a young family, he looks forward to exploring new places on his bike again once his studies are completed.
